The Men's Life Skills Center offers workshops (one-day) or seminars (1-3 days) on topics such as:

– The Maslow Hierarchy of Personal Needs

– Self-Empowerment: Have the Life You Want (based on the book by Ken Howard, LCSW)

– Moved to Move:  Enhancing Motivation for Fitness
